Meeting - Gender Integration

The goal of our meeting

Our issue is about gender integration. Mohammed Saleh is the leader of the group and Ahmed Al Braiky is the secretary. Abdulla Masoud and Saoud Abdulla are participants. Mohammed did a very nice work in the group. Mohammed gave us the idea of mixing the class and I mentioned the results of that and Abdulla Masoud and Saoud Abdulla disagreed with the idea.

Agenda:
1- Goal of gender integration.
2- Proglem of gender integration
3- Solution of problem.

Mohammed called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

1- Mohammed said that the scientists proved that it is better to study in a mixed class.
2- Ahmed mentioned some solutions for safety in the mixed class such as putting cameras in the classes to watch the students.
3- Abdulla Masoud said that the good student will complete studying in a mixed class. Because they will study hard to join the mixed class.

I agreed with this idea to mix the classes.

Mohammed asked if there was any other business. Then he closed the meeting at 1:00 p.m.


Reflection :

The meeting was conducted correctly and we solved the problem together.

What went well ?

Mohammed led the group very well and we finished the meeting correctly. Abdulla Masoud and Saoud Abdulla disagreed with our idea and they have a right reason but me and Mohammed agreed with the idea because we have solutions for the expected problems.

What could be improved ?

My speaking skill is not very good and it may be better by practising and doing more meetings.

What did I learn ?

I learnt how to identify a problem and define it and solve it by planning and working with my team.
